I like the impressive facade of the hotel, the simple, minimalist design, the articulate and friendly staff (especially the guy who served my fresh, brewed coffee. I'm based now in Manila but I was born, studied, and had my first job in Legazpi. I'm proud of Oriental Legazpi. World class|

In a scale 1 to 10, I would give The Oriental Legazpi a rating of 20. My family & I, including 2 relatives visiting from Australia were extremely impressed, appreciative & grateful to to the staff. Such professional, impeccable trained, with excellent customer relations and command of English staff. I cannot praise this hotel enough but I believe the people handling reservations, the front desk, drivers, rooms service, dining area are the real gems of the hotel. The view of Mayon Volcano comes 2nd. Thank you for the warm & sincere hospitality we received. It is people & places like yours that make me extra proud to be a Filipino. The Oriental Legazpi reflects all the proper business and cultural values everyone should live by. My apologies, I intended to write a proper letter of commendation to the hotel manager but because of my tight schedule, this is the best I can do for now.
